Great premise for a weather app, minimal and multi-functional, but the UI is too artsy and not intuitive. For example, the background color shows sun cycle, which is already shown as text. why not show weather with background color?

Also, putting a faint dash line between days or create a linear calendar showing weather data for a 10 day period will make the tool indispensable for event planning.

The beauty of weather data is that it is extremely dynamic, and artsy weather data visualization is mostly appreciated when it intersects with functionality.
